Due to the current travel restrictions and logistics for our volunteer network, we are prioritizing applications to Adopt or Foster from these areas:

California
Vancouver and Toronto, Canada
Transportation to other areas is difficult to arrange because of restrictions of travel and human resources. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
